How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Domesticthinks Pest Control should get fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Domesticthinks Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, first raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Domesticthinks Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or decide things for a provider.
If your concern is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Missouri.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@domesticthinks.property and include these items:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Send It
First, we confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Satisfied?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
